Happy Galentine’s day everyone! Today is a day to celebrate all the lovely ladies in your life who just so happen to be the best gal pals around! Make sure to tell your friends that you love them 💘.
To celebrate, I’m going to write a blog post about 10 kick-ass, amazing, fictional female characters that I would invite to my theoretical tea party. That being said, let’s get started!
1. Hermione Granger from Harry Potter
This one has to be a no-brainer. Who wouldn’t want to spend the day with someone as smart and savvy (not to mention iconic) as Hermione Granger. I feel like if she were in the real world, she’d be doing some great things right when we need her. Also, I feel like she’d get along so well with Tessa Gray and Lara Jean. Smart and Sweet, they’d all become fast friends.
2. Aelin Galathynius from Throne of Glass
Okay, let’s be honest – you can’t have a Galentine’s day with kick-ass women and not invite Aelin. It’s just unheard-of. Plus, if I didn’t invite her, I feel like she would just sneak in anyways. And who wouldn’t want to see the sassy-ness show-down between Aelin and Mor? That would be epic.
3. Lara Jean Song from To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before
Ahh, Lara Jean. I feel like she would be the perfect addition to my little tea party because of how undeniably cute she is. I would just love to chat with her about boys, books, music, and life. Also I have a feeling she’ll show up with some hella yummy baked goods 🙌🏼.
4. Blue Sargent from The Raven Boys
Blue Sargent would be a great guest at my tea party because she would add such a whimsical feeling to the party. I can just imagine her sitting in a chair, chatting with Vivian or Feyre.
5. Isabelle Lightwood from The Mortal Instruments
Ummm, yes! Isabelle Lightwood meeting Mor and Aelin would be the greatest showdown of all time. I’m totally here for that. Plus, Isabelle is just an amazing gal-pal in the first place so there’s no way I wasn’t going to invite her (sorry Clary!).
6. Tessa Gray from The Infernal Devices
Hello Tessa! Welcome to my tea party where you will get along with literally everyone. Tessa is just too sweet to not become fast friends with everyone here. I feel like she would become absolute besties with Hermione though! Those two would be quite one unstoppable pair 👯.
7. Feyre Archeron from A Court of Mist and Fury
Notice I said “from A Court of Mist and Fury” and not from ACOTAR. We want to meet well-character-developed Feyre, with all the snark, smiles, and sass. I could see her talking to Vivian about painting and talking to Izzy about boys (Izzy would probably want to hear everything about Rhys).
8. Mor from A Court of Mist and Fury
(Ok, first of all – I did a lot of research and for the life of me I cannot find out what Mor’s last name is. Does she even have one? If you know please tell me in the comments because I am dying to find out) Anyways, Mor would be an amazing friend for Aelin. Those two could do great things together, no lie.
9. Ginny Weasley from Harry Potter
My second favorite character in Harry Potter is Ginny, so there’s no way I would pass up the opportunity to invite her to my tea party. Lot’s of people forget the majority of iconic scenes Ginny had in the books because the movie’s completely changed her. So, book Ginny is coming to my tea party, and she’s going to wreak some havoc with Izzy.
10. Vivian Alexander from When We Collided
Vivian is one of my all time favorite fictional characters (from one of my favorite books). I feel like if my tea party was starting to get a bit boring, she would have some sort of fun activity planned up her sleeve. She would have no problem brightening up the atmosphere and chatting up a storm with all the other guests around.😌
So there you have it, 10 fictional females I would invite to a Galentine’s day tea party! Who would you invite? If you happen to come across this post, feel free to make your own list of awesome ladies you’d like to spend your day with (and share it with me, I wanna know!!).
